Shipping & Returns
We ship to the US, Canada, and Internationally. All our shipments are carefully and securely packed in order to protect their contents. Any damage, loss of entire package or part of its contents caused during transportation or managing maneuvers occurring after Pawsome Dog Life delivers any package to the carrier company, is the responsibility of the carrier and all complaints should be addressed by the customer directly to the carrier company we provide as the specific carrier for each order delivery.
Pawsome Dog Life will not make refunds of any kind to the customer in any case but will be open to analyzing the circumstances when damage or loss of the package contents is proved to have occurred during transit and before arrival to its destination and will determine if the order is subject of reposition of the product, as well as the coverage of the new shipment cost or if this cost should be covered by the customer.
In order to determine the actions to be taken in case of damage to the contents of any package, which must be evident and may allegedly represent the total loss of the purchased product or products, one of our Pawsome Dog Life representatives will get in direct contact with the customer reporting the problem (via Whatsapp or email) in order to request the necessary information to find the best possible solution. This required information will include photographs of the damaged product and a written description of how the product was found when opening the package or removing it from its packaging.
Pawsome Dog Life reserves the right to decide that a product is not subject to free repositioning and to declare itself free of liability in accordance with the safe packaging guarantee mentioned in the first paragraph of this section.
